GenRouter: Unified Workflow Routing for Agentic Image Generation

The rapid evolution of text-to-image (T2I) generation models has effectively solved the foundational challenge of raw pixel synthesis, shifting the community's focus toward fulfilling increasingly intricate user requests. While recent agentic image generation workflows enhance static inference with advanced capabilities like external knowledge retrieval and iterative reasoning, they mostly operate in isolated silos with fixed ``one-size-fits-all" topologies. This inevitably leads to severe compute-mismatch, where simple queries are forced through computationally heavy pipelines. To bridge this gap, we present GenRouter, the first unified workflow routing framework for agentic image generation. We first formulate GenCanvas, standardizing diverse agentic pipelines into a universal set of foundational primitives and executable templates. Operating over this unified space, GenRouter adaptively routes heterogeneous prompts to their optimal workflows via (i) demand profiling, (ii) experience matching, and (iii) Pareto filtering. Extensive experiments across diverse benchmarks demonstrate that GenRouter achieves superior visual alignment while reducing execution costs by over 95% and latency by 65% compared to heavyweight static pipelines. Furthermore, the system continuously self-evolves via accumulated experience, enabling robust zero-shot generalization that boosts performance and halves computational overhead.

Evaluating Proactive Risk Awareness of Large Language Models

As large language models (LLMs) are increasingly embedded in everyday decision-making, their safety responsibilities extend beyond reacting to explicit harmful intent toward anticipating unintended but consequential risks. In this work, we introduce a proactive risk awareness evaluation framework that measures whether LLMs can anticipate potential harms and provide warnings before damage occurs. We construct the Butterfly dataset to instantiate this framework in the environmental and ecological domain. It contains 1,094 queries that simulate ordinary solution-seeking activities whose responses may induce latent ecological impact. Through experiments across five widely used LLMs, we analyze the effects of response length, languages, and modality. Experimental results reveal consistent, significant declines in proactive awareness under length-restricted responses, cross-lingual similarities, and persistent blind spots in (multimodal) species protection. These findings highlight a critical gap between current safety alignment and the requirements of real-world ecological responsibility, underscoring the need for proactive safeguards in LLM deployment.

Provable Model Provenance Set for Large Language Models

The growing prevalence of unauthorized model usage and misattribution has increased the need for reliable model provenance analysis. However, existing methods largely rely on heuristic fingerprint-matching rules that lack provable error control and often overlook the existence of multiple sources, leaving the reliability of their provenance claims unverified. In this work, we first formalize the model provenance problem with provable guarantees, requiring rigorous coverage of all true provenances at a prescribed confidence level. Then, we propose the Model Provenance Set (MPS), which employs a sequential test-and-exclusion procedure to adaptively construct a small set satisfying the guarantee. The key idea of MPS is to test the significance of provenance existence within a candidate pool, thereby establishing a provable asymptotic guarantee at a user-specific confidence level. Extensive experiments demonstrate that MPS effectively achieves target provenance coverage while strictly limiting the inclusion of unrelated models, and further reveal its potential for practical provenance analysis in attribution and auditing tasks.
