Node-to-Neighborhood Semantic Consistency: Text-Topology Alignment for TAGs Anomaly Detection

Graph anomaly detection (GAD) on text-attributed graphs (TAGs) is vital for applications such as fraud detection and academic integrity verification. Existing approaches generally fall into two paradigms. GNN-based methods effectively capture structural patterns but struggle to capture fine-grained textual semantics. Methods integrating LLMs with graphs improve semantic understanding yet fail to fully comprehend topological relationships among neighboring nodes. Moreover, both paradigms overlook the correspondence between textual semantics and graph topological relationships, limiting their ability to identify nodes whose semantics are inconsistent with their neighborhoods. In this paper, we formalize TAG anomaly detection as a node-to-neighborhood semantic consistency problem, where anomalies may arise from either textual semantic mismatch or topological deviation between a node and its neighbors. We propose N2NSC (Node-to-Neighborhood Semantic Consistency), a framework that captures the correspondence between graph topology and textual semantics through two complementary fusion paths. The two pathways work synergistically, enabling the LLM to fully leverage both textual and structural neighborhood information for anomaly detection. Extensive experiments across eight datasets demonstrate that N2NSC consistently outperforms current state-of-the-art methods.

Skill is Not One-Size-Fits-All: Model-Aware Skill Alignment for LLM Agents

LLM agents increasingly retrieve externally curated skills-procedural instructions retrieved at decision time-to improve performance on long-horizon interactive tasks. Existing skill libraries are typically treated as model-agnostic, reusing the same skill formulations across backbones with substantially different capacities and behaviors. However, our controlled experiments across multiple model scales show that skill effectiveness is strongly model-dependent: a skill that benefits one backbone can harm another. Motivated by this observation, we propose MASA Model-Aware Skill Alignment, a framework that adapts skills to each target backbone without modifying agent weights. MASA operates in two stages: (1) a hierarchical skill evolution pipeline that iteratively rewrites general and task-specific skills using hill climbing and UCB-driven tree search, guided by environment feedback and model capability profiles; and (2) a lightweight model-conditioned skill rewriter trained on evolution trajectories to reproduce the adaptation in a single forward pass. Experiments across three interactive environments and four backbones show that MASA consistently achieves the best overall performance, with gains of up to 25.8 points over the strongest baseline. The learned rewriter further generalizes to unseen tasks and environments without additional search, consistently outperforming a much larger teacher LLM at a fraction of the inference cost.

Quant Experts: Token-aware Adaptive Error Reconstruction with Mixture of Experts for Large Vision-Language Models Quantization

Post-Training Quantization (PTQ) has emerged as an effective technique for alleviating the substantial computational and memory overheads of Vision-Language Models (VLMs) by compressing both weights and activations without retraining the full model. Existing PTQ methods primarily rely on static identification and global compensation of sensitive or outlier channels, yet they often overlook the distributional differences of these important channels across inputs, leading to unsatisfactory quantization. In this work, we observe that the distributions and occurrence frequencies of important channels vary significantly both across modalities and among tokens, even within the same modality. Accordingly, we propose \textbf{Quant Experts (QE)}, a token-aware adaptive error compensation with mixture-of-experts for VLMs quantization. QE divides the important channels into token-independent and token-dependent groups. For the former, a shared expert is designed for most tokens to compensate for global quantization error using a low-rank adapter. For the latter, routed experts including multiple routed low-rank adapters are elaborated to compensate for local quantization error related to specific tokens. Extensive experiments demonstrate that QE consistently enhances task accuracy across various quantization settings and model scales, ranging from 2B to 70B parameters, while maintaining performance comparable to full-precision models.
